Frequently asked

Do you travel for sessions?

Yes. Within the Randstad, travel is included. Beyond that it's billed at cost — fuel, public transport, or train. Sessions abroad are very much possible; let's talk.

What if the weather turns, or something comes up?

We reschedule — no charge. One reschedule is included in every booking. Life happens; photographs can wait a week.

Can I use the photographs on social media and for print?

Yes — for personal use, profiles, and print, as often as you like. Commercial reuse is separate; it's easy to add if you need it.

How long until I see the photographs?

Two to four weeks, depending on the session. You'll get a short preview within a few days — one or two images to live with while I edit the rest.

What if I don't like the photographs?

We'll talk. In practice it has never happened — I'd rather spend the time on a pre-session call to make sure we're aligned. If it does, a reshoot is on me.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a 30% deposit confirms the booking; the remainder is due after the gallery is delivered. Bank transfer, iDEAL, or card.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than seven days out and the deposit is refunded in full. Within seven days, the deposit is retained — it's reserved your slot. We can always try to reschedule first.

Which payment methods?

iDEAL, bank transfer (SEPA), and card via a secure Stripe link. An invoice follows for your records.
